Hugh Best graduated from Rutgers College, in New Brunswick, where he majored in political science. After college, Hugh attended Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. Upon graduating, Hugh worked for Legal Aid in Brooklyn, New York, where he served as a law guardian representing the interest of abuse and neglected children. Hugh then went on to form a partnership known as Best, Jean-Louis & Narcisse. The firm concentrated in personal injury and family law cases. In 1998, Hugh started his own firm. The firm is focus on protecting the rights of victims of all type of personal injury cases. Hugh is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the Southern & Eastern District Courts in New York.
